Turret Type Automatic Taping Machine SAS-100 This device features a turret-style structure with 7 stations as standard configuration. It utilizes a vibratory feeder for material loading and is equipped with an automatic feeding hopper. The vibratory feeder adjusts the orientation of the materials according to the packaging requirements and feeds them into a linear vibratory track. The turret arm picks up the materials at the linear vibratory station, rotates to the 2nd station for imaging, proceeds to the 3rd station for additional imaging. At the 4th station, any non-conforming products are discarded, while the qualified products are further transported to the 5th station for electrical testing. Non-conforming products in terms of electrical performance are discarded at the 6th station, while the qualified products are moved to the packaging station for carrier tape packaging. The entire testing area is thermally insulated with acrylic material and equipped with heating and cooling capabilities.
