PPU Automatic Taping Machine AU-200 This equipment adopts a PPU (Pick and Place Unit) arm-type structure with vibratory bowl feeding and automatic material replenishment from the hopper. The vibratory bowl, through its own structure and sensors, adjusts the orientation of the materials with the soldering pads facing downward and feeds them into the straight vibration rail. The standard configuration of this equipment includes three stations: the first station is the feeding position of the straight vibration rail, the second station is a spare position, and the third station is another feeding position. It comes with one non-parallel detection position, one missing component detection position, one missing component replenishment position, one CCD inspection position, and one CCD replenishment position as standard.
