Flexible Taping Machine The equipment adopts a flexible feeding method, and the output is in roll form. Feeding: Manual pouring of bulk materials into the material bin. Recognition: CCD above the flexible vibration disk is used to identify the front and back sides and angles of the materials, and calculate the coordinates. Pick-up and transfer: The robotic arm grabs the successfully identified materials and corrects the chip angle during the transfer process. Placement: The robotic arm moves to the packaging module and places the materials into the carrier tape one by one. Reinspection: The CCD reinspection station performs a second inspection of the orientation of the materials before packaging. Materials that pass the inspection are directly packaged, while materials that fail the inspection are manually processed at the NG processing station. Packaging: After the robotic arm retreats to a safe position, the carrier tape is pulled by the tape motor for packaging. The above steps are repeated in sequence for material packaging. |
